First of all, you shiuld start by understanding the root of the problem - often there is simply not enough vitamins for youthful skin and hair growth.
Lack of vitamins is not a disease, and it is easy to fix it. The important thing is to select them in a way that they can be absorbed together, or even better, increase the properties of each other (alas, sometimes two substances simply cannot be digested by the body at the same time, which brings the effectiveness of both down to zero). Otherwise, even the best of the best vitamins won't bring you benefits. Second, dietary supplements for the skin should consist of natural ingredients without chemical impurities, which often kill all the beneficial properties of the product. And third - the producing company must inflict confidence (read customer reviews, search for publications in the media, check for certificates available).
